India's First Post Graduate Program in Cloud Computing in association IBM

Considering the vast gap in skill supply and industry demand, starting in academic year 2015 Aegis School of Business & Telecommunication, and IBM have agreed to launch Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Cloud Computing programs using IBM Software. The aim is to develop sufficient industry needed skills for manpower on critical emerging technology area such as Cloud, Mobility, Analytics and Cyber security. IBM and Aegis School of Business & Telecommunication have collaborated to setup an IBM Business Analytics and IBM Cloud Computing Lab in the campus to help students and faculty members enhance their skills in areas of Business Anlytics, Big Data, Cloud Computing and Mobility.
An innovative curriculum has been developed for the programs jointly and will be delivered by IBM designated subject matter experts and Aegis faculty jointly. The curriculum caters to the various skill requirements of organizations across the world including Banks, Computer Services, Education, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail and other industries.
Aegis PGP in Cloud Computing is delivered by the industry scholars and academicians at IBM Cloud Computing Lab at Centre for Excellence in Telecom Technology and Management (CETTM), MTNL's worldclass campus with state of art labs at Powai in Mumbai. Aegis Cloud Computing program intend to educate career aspirants and IT professionals with an interest in developing and deploying enterprise applications in the cloud, including business and security aspects of these applications and their interaction with mobile computing.
The core courses offer a strong orientation in cloud technologies, security, architectures, etc. With the help of Aegis elective courses participants may choose a direction in Technology, Management or Techno-Management.
